Daniel earned his law degree from McGill University Faculty of Law and was called to the Bar in 1983. Jacob Friedman

Jacob graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and frequently provides legal commentary on civil rights issues. Rachel Stein

Rachel Stein is a senior partner at Levinsky Law Group with over 28 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance litigation. She is known for her ability to balance aggressive representation with a deep sense of empathy, guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Rachel leads the firm’s injury and negligence group, where she has secured significant settlements and verdicts in both trial and negotiated settings.

She earned her law degree from the University of Toronto and was called to the Bar in 1997. Rachel has published articles on injury law reform and is frequently invited to speak at legal conferences and seminars. Her bilingual fluency in English and Hebrew and her hands-on, client-first approach make her a highly sought-after advocate across Ontario.
