Daniel is the founding lawyer of Levinsky Law Group and a pillar of the Ontario legal community. With over 42 years of experience, Daniel has built a career defined by fearless advocacy, integrity, and a deep commitment to justice. He founded the firm with a clear purpose: to challenge systemic abuse and protect the rights of individuals facing powerful institutions. His primary areas of practice include consumer protection, civil litigation, and public interest law, with a special focus on holding corporations and government bodies accountable.
Daniel earned his law degree from McGill University Faculty of Law and was called to the Bar in 1983. He has successfully led complex cases in trial and appellate courts, contributing to important precedents in consumer rights and civil liberties. As a mentor and thought leader, Daniel continues to guide the firm’s vision while remaining hands-on with strategic litigation that aligns with his mission of justice for all.
